Refund policy

At Hotel Safes Canada, we take quality and service seriously. Should you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us immediately for assistance.

You may return defective products to Hotel Safes Canada within the first 7 business days after receiving them to the following address: HOTEL SAFES CANADA, 70-A AYERS STREET, COWANSVILLE, QUEBEC, J2K 5B1, CANADA.

Conditions for returns: You must request a return authorization number (R/A #) prior to returning product by providing the following: A valid invoice and order number with details of the defect. The return authorization number (R/A) must accompany the products. To get a return authorization number, simply contact us via email or phone and the Customer Service Department will issue you the R/A number if deemed appropriate.

Returning defective products: If an item is deemed to be defective, it will be exchanged at no charge. If Hotel Safes Canada has not delivered the right product, you will receive the correct product upon notification. In both cases, Hotel Safes Canada will assume the delivery charges. Hotel Safes Canada will not accept returns that exceed 7 business days following the receipt of the product for any reason.

Once you have received your return authorization number, you have 14 days to return a product to the following address: HOTEL SAFES CANADA, 70-A AYERS STREET, COWANSVILLE, QUEBEC, J2K 5B1, CANADA. When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Hotel Safes Canada will not be responsible for any return item lost in shipment.
